Your Privacy Controls
While DeckDay owns the DeckDay application's code, databases, and all rights, you retain all rights to your data. You have choices regarding the information we collect and how it's used. DeckDay will never sell your personal data to a third party, and we will never share data with third parties without your permission. When absolutely necessary, DeckDay uses third party services and hosting partners who are GDPR-compliant. In such instances, we take essential security methods to guarantee that we comply with GDPR when sending and receiving data from third parties.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies, local storage, anonymous identifiers, and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies and Local Storage are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies and Local Storage are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service. The same is valid for Local Storage.
Data Retention
We keep the information until you delete your account, and the information will keep in our backup archives for 90 days after the account is deleted, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We store data on servers in the U.S. in a reserved database with restricted access.

Data Deletion
You can delete your DeckDay account by sending an email to help@deckday.app with the subject "Delete my account" from the email you are registered. If you terminate your Account, any association between your Account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your Account. We will stop providing products and/or services to you and delete your personal information as required by you.
Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
